Pros

Benefits are nice. Uniforms are stuffy but provided. Excellent temporary jobs if you are in the boutiques, but it's the same as any customer-facing retail facility.

Cons

No upward mobility, lots of broken promises, surprisingly high stress environment with poor respect of employee's time and personal life.
