We are proud to offer competitive benefit programs and great perks to our employees besides those you listed we have numerous others; trips to coffee farms and much more.
We value your opinion, however, I would like to list some healthy feedback and disagreement to your posting. With new technologies in place for 2019, we are certain our software programs will have stronger capabilities and accommodate prompt service within our boutiques. As Club Members are our top priority, we want to ensure the best possible experience. Our people are key to our success, and many of our employees have grown with us. I encourage you to reach out to your HR Manager to discuss your career aspirations, also, was this listed on your Personal Development Goal report? We strive to develop and promote our talent from within. The internal transfer and promotion rate for salaried employees last year was 70%, which is a big success. Hourly employee promotion rate scored high as well. Regarding doctor’s notes and sick policy, I suggest all employees check with their HR Manager.
