Fazer parte de um empresa multinacional é gratificante agrega valor em conhecimentos de BRADING , processos operacionais e segurança , além de múltiplos benefícios que são exigidos pelos acordos coletivos e pagamentos em dia.

Cons

Hoje a Nespresso está passando por mudanças e os clientes também estão mudando no seu comportamento de consumo de cápsulas. Contras redução de salários, escala 6x1 , trabalhar em pé com metas de vendas elevadas e alta alta exigência em números de atendimentos ambiente exaustivo com varias funçõe como atender e estoque e preparar cafe tudo aos mesmo tempo e resolver problemas de CRC , fora que na Carteira de trabalho você á atendente de Mercado , salários diferentes dentro do mesma hierarquia de trabalho não sendo democrático mais criando programa de avaliação de desempenho da loja em atendimento onde não recebe a comissão caso a nota for baixa dentro dos padrões ultrapassado e arcaicos de atendimento em um tempo que a Nespresso não tem mais este conceito. A marca hoje tem que buscar por vendedores e não consultores e pouco tempo de treinamento para qualificar os consultores, melhor dizendo vendedores pois a meta de vendas e mais importante ou seja NESPRESSO HOJE E UMA LOJA VAREJO simples.
