Worst company in my career!! Company waste money in hiring useless managers for doing nothing. All the manager’s and team lead job is being delegate to the subordinates, when there’s issues or results is bad the manager and team lead will blame the team and when the results is good the manager will take the credits. Seriously something is very wrong with the company’s culture. All have to pretend to have positive vibes if you do not portray positive vibes you will be marked!Top management always preach on the company’s value but it’s just lip service. There are endless no value add daily meetings which contributed to the company’s poor performance.management always ask for feedback but you cannot give honest feedbacks. Majority of the employees have no substance not sure how is their hiring process?
