Great company but still has to more to be a truly global company
Pros
The purpose and strategy of the company is great. If you work to make the world a healthier place for your children and work for a company which really truly implement sustainable practices this is the place for you. The colleagues are great, everyone trusts everyone and the supervisors do not micromanage. I have had the pleasure to work with a very good team and a very good bosses - team work is the best; and everyone try to overcome issues together. You are your own leader and work life balance is pretty good as long as you can manage yourself.
Cons
The VPs are all white. Senior strategic positions are filled by Europeans. Even in the office in Asia, senior decision-making management are majority Europeans. No one from the Asia offices has ever been promoted to a VP position, its well known in the Singapore office that our career chances will end at a certain level and we have to seek outwards. However on the gender side, the management has started to have more women in senior positions: however racial wise it has a lot still to improve on.
