Arrogant management - constantly failing to listen to the people and don't take any actions.If you don't have a personality that's great for your career progression.The way they treat you if you tell them you burned out it's terrible - if others can work 12 hours so do you ,that's the answer you get. Also don't forget to be fake as it's a toxic toxic environment...one person got another role so got a big granny pants as a leaving gift to be told to grow up and be a "big" girl- is that normal.....that manager has progressed too.....
