Pros
I had great coworkers who would do anything for the company and other peers in the group.
Cons
NetApp laid of 20% of workforce in March 2016. In my Field Service group it was a 2/3 cut when they went from 48 FSE's in North America down to 14. and in November 2016 another 6% cut was made. NetApp is adopting a third party service ( and installation) partner model. New management three years ago has introduced many negative changes. No longer a great place to work.
