Pros
The benefits are competitive and the salary was good. The people were for the most part great to work with. Culture and values historically were good but have taken a beating in the last couple of years. There was an upper management effort to turn this around but I am not sure how successful it is being.
Cons
As the company struggled the atmosphere took on a very political tone. At the middle management level the focus became much more short term at the expense of long term prosperity. Upper management seems to have a long term plan but communications seemed to stop at middle management creating a lot of uncertainty for the workers.
