One of the best perks of working at NetApp is the lucrative package they offer inspite of the lesser work pressure. And off course, the friday beer bash is famous industry wide.
Cons
But the kind of responsibilities they offer to an employee are sometimes not sufficient to quench the technical thirst of an employee and he/she ultimately ends up just earning money and not a good amount of learning along side.
