Pros

Lots of remote work, there are a lot great people that work here and great pay.

Cons

It takes weeks, maybe months to get help from senior leadership roles to support our customers, sometimes you don't even hear back at all. The training is non existent, and if there is training it's 2 years behind on the technology we are selling and it does not prepare you for what you are actually doing on the job, We compete against each other between our cloud business and our on prem business, so much in fact we lose customers and money because teams can't work together.

Pros

- Not the worst pay around - Opportunity for advancement if you get the right management - Good financial benefits (ESPP, 401k options, mega backdoor Roth) - The one thing GK is good at is driving up the company stock price. Hope you got yourself some RSUs

Cons

- NetApp hasn't made a new product in 10 years, so you'll be hard pressed to find development work that isn't directly tied to supporting what was built before then. - Very little innovation other than weekend-project-level AI tools - Health and dental benefits are not great - Upper management is completely detached from reality
