Pros
Very smart people still work there. Technical community and sales team are still very strong even after repeated layoffs in 2009, 2013, 2014 and 2015.
Cons
Company does not know how to react to: 1) How to sell storage for the emerging Analytics area 2) loss of business due to movement of Office Apps to the SaaS model and 3) arrival of low cost cheap storage (Ceph, Swift) and 4) the storage as a service model.
