Great environment for modern projects. You get genuine ownership of high-impact projects, like building actual systems, which provides excellent technical experience.
Cons
Management has huge egos and uses deceptive HR practices. Managers are sweet when they need extra hours, but cry when giving increments. Hikes for internal employees are based strictly on previous salary, not market standards, while external hires get much better packages. Furthermore, they force unnecessary, basic trainings (like GitHub Copilot) on engineers while still demanding full client workloads. Worst of all, they use these trainings as a trap to secretly defer appraisals, meaning you only find out after the fact, and they withhold three months of increment pay. This has happened to multiple people.
