Pros
The CEO is a great boss - approachable and fair. Had some bad luck in the market this year and Nexer need to steer the ship back on course. The culture of the company is warm and friendly whilst getting the job done. Salary is fair and despite lack of bonus I think the company pay the going rate for consultants Good benefits- Nexer even pay the tax on the health insurance.
Cons
Struggle to forecast new deals and as a result Nexer have employed consultants who have no work. Sales have struggled to bring in new deals meaning the company have had to trim down dramatically. The last year has seen continual lay offs- particularly in development and more recently consultancy
