Cons
Since covid started, the co-CEOs have steered this company to becoming the worse place to work. There has been a wave of employees moving out because of the company's toxic environment and the pure ignorance of employee’s concerns. They don’t care about you, your technical growth, what you want to or your future outlook. They would judge you based on your character and hold it against you all the time. The no fire policy was just a gimmick which they used to boast until covid hit this company real hard and it felt risky to work here knowing that you can be fired anytime for any reason. On top of this, they underpay you and don’t do the comp on time. People have pulled late nights and their work really made a big difference in the business, but the management never appreciated their time and energy. They don’t even have the courtesy to respect their decision of moving out which is really disturbing and has created a toxic environment. Technical growth is almost non-existent, and you'll have hard time staying competitive. Most of the projects die due to poor planning and employees stretched thin by doing multiple projects at once. Due to this there is no innovation happening and you will end up doing repetitive work. Moreover, you are going to see a lot of preaching and brainwashing everywhere and then enforce these ideas on you. With no HR and no one to listen to your concerns, you don’t have any other option than following their nonsense. Don’t waste even a single second to think about working here. Take the time to find a job elsewhere.
