In my experience, low work pressure and Line managers I interacted with were very empowering towards team members and never practiced micro-management.
Cons
Senior management is egoistic and does not respond well to problem identification and even slight criticism. Average Salaries. Below Average operational equipment provision and support. Provident fund was removed from benefits after the covid outbreak. Zero Exposure or willingness to adopt the latest organization practices like remote work policies. Salaries are disbursed on 15 of the month so an employee is paid for a month after 45 days.
