Pros

1. Salary on time. 2. Good food. 3. A couple of good people around.

Cons

1. inconsistent timings. You might be doing 10-7 or 2-12 on any given day or week. It causes a lot of problems if you're family oriented and actually have a life outside the office. The company thinks of client as a god and will never say no, and you as an employee will always have to suffer. please learn to stick up for your own employees. No compensation is given in any of these cases. 2 The office is very old, messy, broken and not maintained. There is very little to non parking space. 3. They still use PC's instead of laptops. It's 2022, wake up. 4. senior management behaves like CEO and always shows who's in charge to junior staff. 5. They say you have 3 work from home days but depending on your manager it could happen or not. 6. they pay salaries 15th of every month so if you joined on 1st then get ready ... because you're going to get paid after 45 days and that too for only 30 days. 7. Bonuses given are taken back if you decide to leave. 8. annual leaves here are a myth. In short - come here if you're a fresh graduate, work for 1-2 years and leave. if you're experienced then I'd recommend you stay away from this place. It's a coding farm, not a software house.

Pros

1. Flexible timings 2. Subsidized Lunch and Dinner (food ain't good now, used to be good) 3. Good people (at least in my department) 4. Fine salaries now (used to be bad)

Cons

1. Lack of readily available Work from home, Maximum is 3 days in a MONTH. 2. Bonuses are off and on, they say you will get 2 in a year, 4 if you are performing well. But you may get 1 or 0. 3. Unstructured work, you don't have a clear responsibility. One may have no work to do and others may have 3 projects. 4. For internees, if you came in for a certain technology (because u liked it) you may be moved to another one after 3 months of training. 5. You don't become a person that is very good at one thing. You just get moved from 1 tech to another. Most of the time you won't like moving. That's why most developers don't acquire the good skill. 6. As developers don't acquire good skills, most of the design patterns and principles are nowhere to be seen in the code. It becomes harder to work on old projects you get assigned. 7. Most of the work is bandage work, no quality work is in done this organization. 8. Lack of good events, and tours, if you are into it. 9. Lack of good equipment for work. (they spent money but on the wrong laptops)
