Pros
Promising industry and company has big chunk of market share. Flat hierarchy which allows for fluid communication (although highly relationship based)
Cons
- Very political. - Roles aren't well defined (you will often times find yourself doing other peoples jobs, especially as a new hire). - Had other expectations for the role (ended up being extremely administrative, no strategizing, no teamwork, very repetitive brain draining work) - Most glassdoor reviews are written by current employees who were told to leave a good review by CEO.
