In terms of learning it's good company but you will not get the quality work because in existing employees are always in fear to share the work.

No job security No respect to employees HR put false review from different account so that it's rating will be higher Very unprofessional behavior CEO is a Mad-Man, he doesn't respect his employees. In the eye of CEO, every employees are slave to him. Once they hire you, they will start judging you within 1-2 days and in 7 days they decide you are suitable or not and finally they will fire you (Hire and Fire rating frequency is more faster than speed of light... lol) So, friends think before you join, there are many other companies you can go. The company say they are product company but they are actually service company. They don't have client more than 3 or 4. There is no road-map of the company . If you want to be a slave of CEO, you can go ahead. Most importantly, look the review which are lower rating, those rating are genuine. They say that they do analytics but irony is they didnt did the analytics in the Glassdoor review dashboard.. Its clearly looks like same person has written same review lol.... Company is only have not more than 20 to 25 employees. They have only 1 branch in Bangalore, Mumbai is closed because they want to save money.
