There were really no pros at all.

Cons

You will not even find the "D" or the "A" if you are looking to join as a data analyst. No work-life balance, you'll get calls at random hours. No personal or professional growth. Felt like a complete wastage of precious early years of career. You'll be laid off without hesitation if you suddenly stop fitting their requirements. They claim to be product-based, but actually is a service-based company. CEO constantly will review and criticize you, while sharing his useless opinions. Upper management is worthless and puts up with this, which enables to him take advantage even more. Any review saying about great culture and learning opportunity is fake and should not be trusted.
