      Pros

      Strong vision, clear strategy, aggressive moves and dominance in most markets it plays in. It is certainly a place one can build his/her career, experience SW development from all possible aspects, enjoy the strength of a strong and table company and the freedom of a small and innovative one.

      Cons

      I believe the only cons, which is practically a challenge is the fast transition of the company in the last several years, becoming a large organization, acquiring different companies (including competitors) and keep growing rapidly. This create a big challenge to all levels in the organization when at the same time comes with so many career opportunities to strong a lead individuals.
