Don't bother working existing accounts, you want only net new logos to have a chance at hitting the incentives that will get you to your quota. Dig deeper into customer references for AI products; there will be plenty of references for CCaaS but there are many clients who have recently agreed to publish a win story but are having difficulties deploying today.
