Operations side: good work schedule 2-2-3 Pay is everything 7th and 22nd "Not Bi-weekly"
Easy going and work is straight forward.
Maintenance side: managments has no transparency, always picking favoritism, lots of back stabbing and sabotage to eachother that get people involved that have no clue what's going on. Was warned on first week of hire that there was alot of drama and to not get caught in the middle, even though you will be forced into it even if you don't say anything. Lots of stuck up people that believe they know how to work on everything.
