Toxic environment with nothing to gain - Analyst Noble Capital Employee Review

I am a much newer employee (2025) from my POV it seems like most of the older reviews are from times past, probably older problematic employees that have now been gone for years. people really get along well lots of young people fairly diverse environment + many people are bi-lingual good benefits + very fair compensation lunch subsidy + tons of snacks and drinks around all the time is really nice nice to see people getting along and laughing everyday even when things are challenging

market conditions can cause strain at times definitely still going through a reorganization process which is tough at times but progress is there people can feel stretched thin at times, but there is a lot of internal morale and support

Absolutely none. There is nothing good about working here. Most people only last about 6 months.

Everything they do appears to be really shady. Constantly under SEC investigation and investor lawsuits because withdrawal requests are never funded
