Other than that if you enjoy a toxic culture where HR doesn’t have employee interests in mind and leadership doesn’t understand eCommerce, then join up. TC hasn’t turned a profit in 10 years. What’s another 10! Go TC! Meanwhile people act very nice to your face and then complain to the revolving door of leadership because they fear their own job. In 6-9 months in 2019, they cycled through 7 leadership changes. That’s not change, that’s anarchy. Every company has mixed reviews. Culture is hard. But when TC consistently scores at 2.4 - 2.6 you have to wonder ... hmmmmm

Not Turning a profit. Teams not working well together. Not engendering a trusting environment that supports growth in Chicago and from Seattle. Teams with consistent lack of respect for one another. Getting yelled at from people in Seattle, told you’re an idiot or laughed at over the phone. I went to Old Orchard recently and the busiest line was returns. FYI your market cap just dropped again.
