Pros
Decent pay for the area. PTO accumulation is good. Benefits are affordable.
Cons
Profit sharing and bonuses were stopped for employees but not management. Mandatory overtime. Work/life balance is poor at best. The good ole boy system is alive and well and the favoritism is unabashed. The attendance policy is calculated by a point system which only affects you if you are not one of the chosen few. Their quest to hit numbers and get their quarterly bonus always superceded safety and quality. No accountability from management and they eagerly and aggressively seek the next person to throw under the bus. Upward movement is almost nonexistent unless you brown nose the right people. If you are a straight shooter this place may not be for you.
