Family owned and mismanaged - Leasing Agent Nova Property Network Employee Review

Hires family and friends so there’s really no room for growth for outside employees. Even hires the cleaning company that they own to come in and clean their apartments (and does an extremely poor job). They were angry that I asked for my lease signing bonuses when I quit and badmouthed me in a string of emails. Extremely unprofessional! Run in the other direction!!
