Pros
Super-slow company. Salary comes on time. Air travel for every meeting( even for a one hour meeting, people fly off to HQ). No process so people who like working in a haphazard environment will love this. Overall culture is very similar to a PSU actually so if you want to experience how a laggard govt. organisation works, this is the best place to do so.
Cons
Highly bureaucratic...Sir/Madam culture. PLT first, Patient Second, Employee third. Far from anything you could see in a MNC company. Indian proprietor driven cos. are far more professional than this organisation. Things here change overnight and People are asked to leave without any reason. Highly unethical co. also- the statements and commitment of senior management keeps on changing. Fraudulent TA team-beware of this! There is a special drive going on currently to hire top B-School grads as the other old chaps are completely useless and its impossible to get any work done from them. Don't let the TA head trick you to join this co.. He is the biggest liar of all and the things they commit to you during the interview phase are never delivered later on. Lack of transparency is paramount here. Would not recommend this co. even to an enemy!
