Pros
enjoyed my manager (10 years - great mentor), loved healthcare, overall a great company majority of my career. A little overkill on busy work sometimes, but which companies don't.
Cons
I feel the company has lost focus, there has been a tremdous amount of change you weren't sure which direction was up. healthcare is never ending change, but to a certain extent.
