many employee perks, beautiful facility, food was really good, heavy emphasis on organization and 6S principles
Cons
unorganized, poorly written and difficult to follow procedures, management are forced into positions they may not necessarily be qualified for or want. I also thought the manditory monthly GMP trainings were a little much
