Pros
Novartis has great benefits, multisport card, spark points and that’s all, if you want to progress in your career you need to lick the boots of the leadership, this is why a lot of incompetent people are managers there
Cons
Speak up is a total joke, myself I was a victim of harassment, nothing was done but HR instead of giving support are actually part of the bullies, very toxic environment, they are all into LGBT but check the leadership organisation: full of white European dudes.
