NuWave Technology Partners has leaders and managers that genuinely want to help you succeed. They are approachable, understanding, and they won't micromanage you by any means. There definitely is a foundation of trust in this company and it shows. I feel secure in that if I asked anyone that works here for help, they will put in 100% to help me with whatever it may be. Everyone on the team is committed to giving each other a voice , making sure that the work load is manageable, and also getting employee's positive and negative feedback (we can submit anonymously). It doesn't matter what location you are assigned to because you will work cohesively with the entire team. They also offer great benefits on top of everything else.

I think that if anything, we need to hire more people because we are growing and this would help things move forward more quickly.
