Pros
The people their are great, helpful and knowledgeable. Great place to learn finance and software development, exciting projects.
Cons
Very exhausting climate with constant layoffs, CEO change, sold twice in two years (yes you read that right). Constant supervisor changes, measly pay raises, management was not upto the mark at all, lots of office politics. Saturation reached by year 3.
