Pros

Good flexible work hours and remote work. Decent benefits. Good communication with the team distributed in Bangalore and other offices. SaaS Engineering team is the best team to work for.

Cons

1. Executive leadership is nice to communicate and they lead the projects well as some of them have been around from almost a decade. 2. The middle managers especially in Seattle, generally do not know much about the product and they just try to get the work done without putting themselves into employee's shoes. Some of them never show up in the offices as they are fully remote. 3. It has been difficult to collaborate with Product Security team led by Eugene, they have the least engagement score from last 2 years. They do have lots of favoritism as to how the work needs to be done and have lack of decision making. 4. There has been lots of attrition rate within Product Security and Cloud Support orgs due to the Sunset of Xi Leap and other key products. 5. There hasn't been any newer policies to transfer resources in other product teams or a formal process of transferring folks to other teams. Some teams consider this as a retaliation kind of a behavior.

Pros

Great place to work with great benefits.

Cons

Only negative is I feel the company has always been undervalued, so the stock has never performed well.

Pros

Flexible, Sincere and Fast paste

Cons

Onboarding new employees is mediocre as these employees are expected to be experts on non-Nutanix tools like SFDC, Tableau, Slack, and other sales tools. Fast-paste for new sale opportunities. Knowledge and key actionable solution are not readily available and shred. (Some solutions are buried in users personal file, so sometimes you will be dealing with issues that was solved a year ago but only one person is prevy to that knowledge.
