Our turnover is below industry standard and we have a solid team. I am sorry you did not find NuTech to be the right place for you and hope your next role is more satisfying to you. You are speaking in generalities, not defining any specific issues or complaints that can be properly addressed. We have an excellent management team that has an open door policy to discuss and work to resolve any pertinent issues or complaints. Our management team does their job quite well. If management was lacking, we would not have the client retention rate that we currently do, including well known national customers for over 15 years.
