Pros

Well-compensated when compared to other companies/roles in this industry, very fast-paced growth. Multiple opportunities to grow and leave your mark. Good ideas are nurtured and implemented in time. Strong leadership. Close-knit team despite >500 person organization. "Start-up" feel.

Cons

Fast-paced to a fault, procedural/process changes and project requirements can change with little to no notice. Understaffed projects & dev team with tight deadlines leads to faulty products/services and documentation. This negatively affect your client's satisfaction and job satisfaction of your support team since they have to deal with these issues.

Pros

It is a lot of potential to become a really good global brand with a lot of opportunity with good ideas floating around...

Cons

Unstable with several critical leadership changes over the past year, a lack of transparency or clarity around objectives and goals, and very poor communication. Was fully remote, now it's RTO. Individuals seemingly feel disempowered to do their jobs professionally, provide necessary guidance and feel actually supported which is where a lot of the chaos, dysfunction, and frustration comes from. There is no sense of planning your day as everyday is a fire drill, and seemingly leader's are not learning from their lessons. Cultural rot with very low moral.
