Pros
What started as a job on the phone became a career for me. Pivotal has allowed me to me to balance life, family and work. During my time at Pivotal I have participated in many interesting projects, completed college, received mentoring from some of the best in the industry and I have had the opportunity to be promoted various times. Now it's my turn to coach and mentor the people I work with and I am loving every minute of it. Helping others have the same opportunities I have had is something that Pivotal lets me work on every day and it's a privilege to play even a small part in the development of others. I would highly recommend Pivotal as an employer to anyone who wants to join a dynamic team in a growing company.
