Pros
My paycheck is always on time. Most of my colleagues are friendly and competent.
Cons
Upper management controls the workflow across several different industries and a lot of the time this isn't ideal and makes getting things done difficult. Processes don't apply to my work/industry but I have to do it anyway because thats the way the "system" is setup. And the proprietry software sucks. too many redundancies in the workflow.
