Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience working at OYO and we assure you that we are using your feedback in improving these areas to make OYO a great workplace. A few areas that we have identified this year are:
1. Having clear goals for every OYOpreneur so that they are aware of the purpose they are here
2. Continuous feedback - We have a mechanism to collect feedback from OYOpreneurs on a real time basis
3. We have set up a team to focus on employee experience based on the feedback received - this team will look at policies, processes etc.
4. We have rolled out the Culture tenets for OYO recently.
5. We believe OYO is not work but a mission and everybody has a mission approach here. As you will understand when you work for a mission, it can be a lot of hard work but achievement of the mission is immensely fulfiling. and this is what we would like OYOpreneurs to experience.
