The work environment was excellent, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere. Everyone was not only professional but also genuinely friendly, which made it easy to communicate and feel supported. The team dynamic contributed to a productive and enjoyable experience, creating a space where ideas could be shared openly.

Cons

The training program left room for improvement, as it didn’t fully prepare me for all aspects of the role. Additionally, the high turnover rate was noticeable, which affected team consistency and stability. Addressing both of these areas could enhance the overall experience for employees and improve long-term retention.

Tough to say nowadays, I worked with them for over 10 years, and for the majority of that time i enjoyed it. Good close knit group of people within the individual cinemas, friendly rivalry with other cinemas in your region were the pros of old.

Cons

company is no longer about Cinema, nor is it even about making money, it is all about saving money, bringing inexperienced people in to work for peanuts, not contributing to the upkeep of it's buildings, etc still a lot of good people working there at all levels, however their hands are tied.
