Young, fresh and friendly vibe across the company. The welfare is decent as well as employee experience design is ok but don’t expect too much comparing to top company.
Cons
- The culture doesn’t allow you think creatively and force employee to be more micromanagement. - Micromanagement once they have detailed protocol not really fit for person who wants to be flexible, creative and freedom in terms of way of work. - Should have more sense mentoring not just being management or boss - If you expect to surround with talent, better go and find the new company. - overwork and more operation work. - Limited career growth and opportunities. - Not really professional in terms of way of work. - Quite old school corporate. Should be more proper corporate structures.
