      I had a great memories during my work at Odoo. Everything was just fine and I will recommend it to those who are planning to work here.

      Pros

      Young, fresh and friendly vibe across the company. The welfare is decent as well as employee experience design is ok but don’t expect too much comparing to top company.

      Cons

      - The culture doesn’t allow you think creatively and force employee to be more micromanagement. - Micromanagement once they have detailed protocol not really fit for person who wants to be flexible, creative and freedom in terms of way of work. - Should have more sense mentoring not just being management or boss - If you expect to surround with talent, better go and find the new company. - overwork and more operation work. - Limited career growth and opportunities. - Not really professional in terms of way of work. - Quite old school corporate. Should be more proper corporate structures.

      Great culture & people: people here are fun and open-minded flexible working arrangements: mix of office + wfh high potential to grow: the company is still expanding in every market despite the general economical challenges

      Cons

      Because the company is constantly growing, there has been and will be a lot of changes too centered on sales, which creates some unnecessary internal conflicts
