Meh - Datacenter Technician OnRamp Employee Review

Learning levels out after a few months. Horrible hours. Chronically understaffed, if you call in sick the whole team is screwed and someone is forced to work on their day off. Horrible pay, they have smart, capable employees who aren't paid nearly enough. This causes them to get lured away by the competition with relative ease. Crazy high employee turnover, I worked there for 2 years and saw almost 30 people leave (just the technicians!) As a technician it's always the same old work.
