      Great place to learn but employees are not respected

      Pros

      fast growth with lots of opportunities to learn and move up if you work hard at it

      Cons

      low pay, techs are under appreciated, tech support department is ignored by top brass. They hire great managers but seem to ignore them too

      Pros

      Enhanced my skills. Free snacks. All the coffee you can handle. Some very cool and very smart coworkers.

      Cons

      Learning levels out after a few months. Horrible hours. Chronically understaffed, if you call in sick the whole team is screwed and someone is forced to work on their day off. Horrible pay, they have smart, capable employees who aren't paid nearly enough. This causes them to get lured away by the competition with relative ease. Crazy high employee turnover, I worked there for 2 years and saw almost 30 people leave (just the technicians!) As a technician it's always the same old work.

      Pros

      They pay for your certifications, you will learn a lot in a short amount of time.

      Cons

      Very little opportunity to move up in the company. Lack of upper management currently which has led to lack of direction of the company and a lot of uncertainty. Many of the senior techs/staff are jumping ship after seeing the writing on the wall. Refusal to get with the times.
