Chaotic and toxied environment,poor management - Marketing OnePlus Global Employee Review

If you are experienced, don't come. Management don't have any vision and experience in managing a global company with employee with diverse background. They spent a lot money to hire experienced top management, but you will find those new joined managers never get enough authorization and resources. So it is still the same old employee who pivoting this company. Very chaotic and toxied environment, a lot abuse from management, and strategy keep changing. No direction, and no training. They just hire you and leave you there without any direction and trainings and expect you to achieve everything. So you can see they keep hiring inexperienced employee and give them a lot responsibilities because they have no judgement and can work very long hours, but all experienced employees are suffering and leaving this company at very short time. Extremely long hours , 9am to midnight is a norm here. You will have no life for sure.
