2yThank you for sharing your experience with us. It's disappointing to see you didn't enjoy working at OneTrust. We believe career progression and advancement can happen in a number of ways - through new assignments or rotational opportunities, learning new skills, exposure to new customers or problems to solve, and promotions. When you’re defining and operating in a dynamic market there are no shortage of those opportunities. Last year, many of our team members were also promoted or moved laterally into new roles within the company. We will continue to promote these opportunities and other career development offerings this year.
Additionally, OneTrust leaders have shown they do care and are transparent with our people in a number of ways. We finished scaling our Executive Leadership Team in July 2022, and since then, they have built out our Talent Management team. They have already introduced refreshed company values, a performance management and review process, regular anonymous employee engagement surveys, and more people management training and cohesion. We also now have Values Spotlight Awards where we recognize our employees, and we continue to improve our global benefits package over time. Thanks again for sharing your feedback!
