If not used to work hard and have a early stage Start Up way of doing things, it might not be the right place for you. It's definitely a company that expects you to be super proactive and encourages you to be your own boss most of the time!
IF you are wondering if it's compatible with work&travel or nomad kind of life, referring strictly to a sales position I'd say it's a definite YES as long as you stay in the same continent/time zone.

Information gets lost and worldwide teams don't really communicate with each other.
Prospection is very agressive, and most of the time customers get upset because they have been contacted one too many times, and no one is working on this.

Leadership are absolutely clueless on how to run a business. Nobody knows what they're doing, it's actually hilarious. If you're considering joining Ontop, I would absolutely recommend NOT doing so. Exec team works everyone like slaves because their one goal is cashing out, they don't care about you and will lay off teams 5 days before Christmas. The product is garbage. No one knows what real growth looks like or how to make it happen. Go apply at Deel, Remote, Rippling, etc.
