      - Growth mindset across teams - Transparency from leadership (everyone knows how healthy our company is and how we are doing) - Opportunities of career growth as long as you deliver value - Engaged and collaborative teams

      Cons

      More than cons, Ontop is a company for real special people with grit and determination. Not a 9-5 job - there’s plenty of things to build and ambiguity to navigate. But as long as you’re organized work life balances is VERY achievable.

      Leadership are absolutely clueless on how to run a business. Nobody knows what they're doing, it's actually hilarious. If you're considering joining Ontop, I would absolutely recommend NOT doing so. Exec team works everyone like slaves because their one goal is cashing out, they don't care about you and will lay off teams 5 days before Christmas. The product is garbage. No one knows what real growth looks like or how to make it happen. Go apply at Deel, Remote, Rippling, etc.
