      Pros

      Good people. Interesting and challenging engineering, data science and business problems. Lots of scope to learn and develop (cloud/SaaS, devops, engineering, DS). Relatively flat structure; everyone mucks in together. Senior management are open to new ideas; whatever works.

      Cons

      The office can be too quiet.
