No respect whatsoever - Anonymous employee Opa! Employee Review

No respect from other (Greek) employees, from managers or the owner. Everyone yelled at me constantly for the minimum mistake, even when nobody explained me the right way to do things. Everyone always speaks in Greek, that is kind of embarrassing when you have no idea of what they are talking about and you are the only one left out of the conversation. Pay always late. I was promised a full time job and at the end.I worked between 8-10 hours per week. The shifts were never clear and not displayed properly. In a 8 hours shift there are no breaks, except if you ask to go for a cigarette, and it couldn't be longer than 5 minutes. Inhumane expecially during Saturday nights.
