      + I would say in a state of being nice to have in the eyes of brands Openslate has carved out the necessity of their solution across large agencies and their respective brands due to sensitivities in the space. + Strong talent drives the best outcomes for their customers + Strong Leadership helps give alignment on the future of the company

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. Management is smart, experienced, and really cares about the team. There's flexibility around WFH and PTO, and you really feel the sense that "we're all in this together" building something great for the advertising industry.

      Cons

      Sales comp plan is antiquated, mirrors old school publishers instead of startup expectations.
